Some are so horrible that people should be shot for the horrible voice matching and or re-naming things.

I like the Japanese version with subs better. There's just something lacking in the dubbed version, like the excitment in Hina's voice or the condescending attitude with Suiseiseki's voice. Plus Jum sounds like an articulate three year old, he sounded older in Japanese version.
Very good job though, just not better in my opinion.
